Multiple industry families and many sub-sectors, across India and several countries abroad. Here is what we build for each, and the kind of work we have done there.
Glass-lined reactor vents, chlorination and acid work-up, solvent handling and powder charging. Duties are intermittent, multi-product and regularly inspected, so systems are sized for the worst batch rather than the average one.
Chlorination, fluorination, nitration and amination leave scrubber duties that shift with every campaign. The design has to cover the whole envelope, and the resin has to survive the worst of it.
Pickling lines, smelters, battery plants and induction furnaces generate high volumes of corrosive or abrasive exhaust. Scale matters here: our largest exhaust installation is 875,000 CMH for a steel melting shop.
Surface finishing and electrochemical lines run acid and alkaline baths side by side, and pigment plants add flue gas desulphurisation to the list. Each bath has its own chemistry and its own capture problem.
Solar cell and semiconductor plants split their process exhaust by chemistry — acid and alkali, fluoride, solvent and particulate each to its own abatement train, with a thermal oxidiser where organics demand it. Every stream runs continuously, and downtime is measured against gigawatt-scale output.
Nuclear and research facilities need equipment engineered, inspected and documented well above typical industrial practice. The same discipline carries into water treatment packages, fibre plants and food processing.
We will point you to the closest reference installation and an engineer who has built one.
Choose the equipment you need. We will take three details, then send you the enquiry data sheet for that product — the one our engineers use to size and quote.
